This place is awesome!! Unfortunately due to a work change I am having to move and if it wasn't for that I would stay indefinitely. As a female, it was important for me to find a place where I felt safe walking from my car to the building at night and in the early morning hours. The parking deck is well lit along with the streets and sidewalks. The building stays locked and secure. This area has free parking on the streets with lots of locals and travelers visiting the neighboring, breweries and restaurants. It is a great location! Tami and staff will go out of their way to make sure this feels like home for you. Everyone that works here is wonderful! If I ever move back to the area, this is the first place I will come!

Michael is excellent!! When he was first hired he fixed a prior misaligned pipe issue immediately upon seeing it. Excellent! Very polite!

I love living here. The community of neighbors is incredible. Tami, Michael and Brian are amazing. Always helpful, kind and quick to respond whenever something comes up. They go out of their way to make it a great place to live.
